Fantastic City Stay!

The hotel's location is great! The staff were friendly and helpful and solved the heating issue promptly. My room was super clean. It had a kettle. tea and coffee. The price was good considering the prime spot, right by restaurants and shops.

That's my only minor comment.

The hotel features a rooftop terrace. It provides a beautiful spot with city views, ideal for a relaxing moment. Access to Highcross Rooftop parking is convenient. A hotel discount makes parking a good value.

I found the reception staff professional and efficient (special shoutout to Yogesh!). The manager is cute and ensures guests have everything needed. Staff sorted out a heating issue very quickly.

My spacious room had a great vibe, was very clean, and included a balcony with a view. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was lovely. All necessary amenities were available.

The staff were friendly at check-in. The room was large and spacious. I appreciated the balcony a lot, it gave a nice outdoor space.

The room wasn't cleaned to the best standards, i noticed some dust. the furniture seemed a little worn. The breakfast wasn't included and that was not clear when i booked.
